What the single origin plan sends
The single origin coffee subscription is the club with the style set to single origin. Every 2 or 4 weeks, an independent Montana roaster roasts a 12 oz bag of coffee from one origin, such as one country, one farm or one cooperative, to order, and ships it in their own bag. $16.99 a bag, the same as a blend. Your first bag is free and you pay $7.99 shipping on that first box.
It does not send blends. If you want a blend now and then, add a second bag with its own style.

Here is what Montana roasters we list were selling as single origins when we checked their own pages on September 27, 2026. Lists change with the harvest, and this shows what they roast, not what any box will hold.

Two things stand out. A Costa Rica coffee named Santa Elena is on three of these lists: Drum, Rock Creek and Florence Coffee Company in Butte. Ethiopia's Guji zone turns up at five. And Treeline in Bozeman rotates seasonal single origins; its Tropical Sunset was a 2026 Good Food Awards finalist. A listing does not mean the roaster is part of the club.
The farm far away, the roaster down the road
A single origin tells you where the coffee grew. Buying it from a Montana roaster tells you who roasted it, and pays them. Drum's sourcing blog profiles Rwanda's Sholi cooperative and its women producers, and Revel roasts to order on a Loring Kestrel in Billings. When the roaster is in your state, the money for that bag stays with a Montana roastery. That is the reason the club sends only Montana roasters; more on our support local page.
Setting it up
In the plan builder, set the style to single origin and choose a roast level. Set the roast to mix it up and each roaster sends the roast it is proudest of. Choose whole bean or ground, one bag or two, and every 2 or 4 weeks.

What is single origin coffee?
Single origin coffee comes from one place, such as one country, one region, one farm or one cooperative, instead of a blend of several. The roaster roasts it to show what that place tastes like.
Does single origin cost more in the club?
No. Every bag is $16.99, any roast or style. The first bag is free, with $7.99 shipping on that first box.
Will I know who roasted it?
Yes. Each box carries our packing slip, which names the roaster and their shop, tells their story and says what to taste for.
Can I get a single origin and a blend in one box?
Yes. Choose two bags and give the second its own style. They come from two different roasters in the same box.
