What the office coffee service is
Office coffee service from the club puts the same rotation of independent Montana roasters in your break room that our subscription sends to homes. Each box comes from a different Montana roaster, roasted to order and shipped in their own bag, in the amount your crew drinks.
It fits a shop floor in Great Falls as well as a front desk in Helena. The coffee changes with each box, and the packing slip tells the crew who roasted it.
How to get a quote
Email office@lastbestcoffeeclub.com and tell us two things: how many people drink coffee, and how you brew it (a drip machine, pour over, French press or espresso). We reply by email with a quote for your team size and brew method.
What we do not do
We do not run coffee machines, and we do not deliver or install equipment. We send coffee. Keep the brewer you have, or buy one.
If you want a roaster that also handles equipment, some Montana roasters do. Morning Light in Great Falls distributes and services espresso and brewing equipment, and Montana Coffee Traders in Whitefish installs and repairs equipment around the state (both checked on their own pages, September 27, 2026).
Why a Montana roaster for the break room
An office goes through a lot of coffee, and every pound of it is bought from someone. When that someone is a roastery in Missoula or Billings, the money pays Montana roasters and their crews instead of a distributor's warehouse out of state. Is it the same coffee as the subscription?
Yes. It is the same rotation of independent Montana roasters, each bag roasted to order and shipped in the roaster's own bag.
Do you supply a coffee machine?
No. We do not run machines or deliver equipment. We send the coffee.
Can the office get ground coffee?
Yes. Every bag comes whole bean or ground, and ground coffee is ground for drip, pour over, French press or espresso.
