What wholesale through the club looks like
You roast in Montana. We sell a subscription that sends a bag from a different independent Montana roaster in every box, to addresses anywhere in the US. When your box comes up, the club's orders for that box carry your coffee, in your bag, with your story on the packing slip we print for each order.
That is a Montana coffee roaster wholesale account with one buyer and a known count, and no shelf space to fight for.
What you decide
- Your wholesale price. You name it, and we never ask you to cut it to win a sale.
- Your bag. You ship in your own 12 oz bag and packaging, with your name on it.
- Your story. The packing slip names your roastery and your shop, tells your story and says what to taste for.
How an order reaches you
- Before your box, we send you the bag count, so you roast once.
- We send the orders, each with its packing slip.
- You roast, pack and ship.
One thing to know before you say yes: the first promise the club makes on every box is "Roasted and shipped within 3 days." Your roast day and ship day have to fit that promise.
Why the club wants Montana roasters
Because the whole case for the club is local. Someone in Butte who buys a bag from a roaster in Great Falls or Hamilton pays a Montana roastery and its crew, and the coffee makes a short trip to get there. The Roast Local directory lists 47 independent roasters in the state (September 2026). The club exists to send more coffee money their way. We make that case to buyers on our support local page.

We list Montana roasters we like on the roasters page and write each one a profile from its own public pages. A listing does not mean the roaster is part of the club.
