Their story
Tim and Liz Weyer started Yellowstone Coffee Roasters in 1998, roasting in a log cabin with the aim of roasting great coffees from the best growing regions. The company says it works to source, roast and brew only standout coffees from around the world. Its range covers classic multi-origin blends, single origins, small limited releases and decaf, across light, medium and dark roasts.
Several of its coffees are organic, including the Big Sky Lift and Buffalo Trail blends and a Mexico Chiapas single origin grown by women producers. Its seasonal Free Range release supports the Western Sustainability Exchange, a group working to rebalance people's relationship with the land.

Roast levels run light, medium and dark. House blends include Big Sky Lift (organic, medium dark), Big Timber (dark), Buffalo Trail (organic, dark) and Free Range (seasonal, medium dark). Single origins on the list when we checked: Mexico Chiapas, women producers, organic medium. Headwaters Espresso, dark roast. Decaf offered; method not stated.
