Their story
Studio roasts its coffee in small batches in Bozeman, then packs and ships it from there. Its coffee bar serves espresso drinks made with the house blend, a single origin or decaf, plus pastries baked on site each day. The company says it buys from women's cooperatives and from fair trade organic, sustainable and bird friendly farms.
The Studio Blend, which the shop lists among its best sellers, combines coffee from Uganda's Sipi Falls area, Huehuetenango in Guatemala and Papua New Guinea. The Bulldog Blend mixes Central and South American beans and is named for a much-loved dog. For darker tastes, the Blackmore Blend pairs Indonesian and South American coffees. Its Papua New Guinea coffee comes from farms linked to the Siane Organic Agriculture Cooperative, in Chimbu province's Chuave district.
