Their story
The Eureka company roasts organic, naturally grown beans bought through co-ops and sells them in 12 ounce, 1 pound and 5 pound bags. Its photo pages show barrel-aged roasts finished in wine and whiskey barrels, gift tins, and beans roasted over a campfire. The site's tagline promises a coffee that "It'll Knock Your Hat In The Creek."
Black Anvil, the darkest regular roast, is taken until oils rise on the bean for an Italian style cup. Broken Cinch is a bold but smooth blend with chocolate and earthy notes. The decaf is a Mexican coffee from Chiapas, decaffeinated with a water process. Businesses can also set up a wholesale account through the store.

House blends include Buck Board, Black Anvil, Broken Cinch and 5 lbs Medium/Dark Blend. Single origins on the list when we checked: Nazina Yirgacheffe. Decaf: Water Processed Decaf (Mexico Chiapas). Offerings change with the seasons, so this is what their own pages listed on 2026-09-28.

A separate nonprofit section of the store sells a Yirgacheffe coffee alongside the regular co-op line. Money from the nonprofit Yirgacheffe goes to projects in Uganda that the company supports, including skills training for orphans and widows, well drilling for clean water and food aid during the Covid shutdown.
