Their story
Floreo calls itself a sensorial micro roastery. It treats coffee as something to taste slowly, the way people approach wine or whiskey. The team says it travels to find rare, fully traceable micro lots from single producers, aiming to pay growers fair wages. The business began as a roastery. The cafe came later as a place to serve its own coffee, and the menu changes often.
Each bag is roasted after the order comes in, then shipped, and the producer's name is printed on every box, for example Jairo Arcila and Diego Bermudez. At last check the lots came from Ethiopia, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica and Sumatra. The company says it buys farm direct from small producers and lets the lineup change on purpose.
