Their story

Nord Johnson has owned Fire Tower Coffee House in downtown Helena since 2013. The coffee house roasts organic beans in house and says it is committed to sustainable coffee practices. It cooks dishes to order, with gluten free and vegetarian choices, in a room known for its record collection, signed guitars and changing decor.

Its retail beans are all organic: an espresso roast, an Ethiopian light roast and a Mexican French dark roast, sold whole or ground. The menu runs from eggs on toast and breakfast burritos to sandwiches, wraps, quesadillas and salads, with gluten free bread available.
